The short version
You can use the whole site, and talk to the Concierge for as long as you like, without telling us who you are. We only ever hold what you deliberately hand over. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you spoke to a chat window.
Who we are
This site is operated by [legal entity name], registered in [country of registration], trading as Creativnerd. To reach a person about anything on this page, email Project@creativnerd.com.
What the Concierge collects
The Concierge is a conversation, not a form. It never opens by asking who you are, and it answers questions — including what things cost — without asking for anything first. You can ask it whatever you want and leave without giving us a thing.
Two moments are the exceptions, and both are your choice:
If you ask for The Founder's MVP Blueprint, a card appears asking for your full name and email so we can send it, plus your WhatsApp number and your company or project name. A website field is there if you have one; plenty of founders do not, and it is marked optional because it is.
If you book a call, we use your name and email to create the calendar invitation.
Alongside that, we keep what the conversation itself produced:
- The messages you send and the replies you receive, in full.
- A short structured summary of what you are building — the product, who it is for, the problem, your stage, your goal, what you need, and what we would suggest — drawn entirely from what you said.
- Which page you were on when the conversation started.
- The date and time of a call, if you booked one.
We never ask for revenue, budget, headcount, or anything else that is none of our business before a conversation has happened.
Why we hold it
So a conversation is worth having. The summary goes to the person who will actually speak with you, which is the reason you do not have to explain yourself twice. Your email is used to send the guide you asked for and the invitation to a call you booked.
Where the law requires a basis for this: we rely on your consent for the guide, and on our legitimate interest in responding properly to someone who has asked to speak to us.
Who else it reaches
Your information is handled by these companies, each only to provide us that service:
- Anthropic — the conversation is sent to the Claude API to generate the replies.
- Vercel — hosting, so everything passes through their infrastructure.
- Our database host — a managed Postgres service where the lead record is stored.
- Resend — sends the guide, your booking confirmation, and the note to our team.
- Google Calendar — if you book a call, your name and email are used to create the event and send you the invitation.
- Slack — the summary of your conversation is posted into our internal channel so whoever takes the call has read it beforehand.
Some of these operate outside your country. Where that matters legally, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers publish for international transfers.
Your IP address
The Concierge is an open endpoint on a public website, so we count requests per IP address to stop it being abused. That counter holds a number against your address for one minute and is then discarded. It is not linked to your conversation and is not used to identify you.
Stored in your browser
So you do not lose your place, the Concierge keeps your recent conversation in your browser's local storage under the key cn-concierge. That copy is on your device, not our servers, and clearing your browser data removes it.
We currently run no analytics on this site at all. No page-view tracking, no session recording, nothing counting you.
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Conversations and lead summaries are deleted automatically after [retention period]. That deletion is a scheduled job, not a promise someone has to remember to keep.
If you go on to become a client, the records belonging to that work are kept for as long as the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Project@creativnerd.com and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect how we deal with you.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, to withdraw consent at any time, or to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. The version published here is always the current one.
